Q: Are you an authorized dealership?

A: Yes, we are a Lexus dealership located in Florida.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: This will depend on the shipping speed chosen at check-out. In addition to our on-hand inventory, which will ship the same day in most cases, we work with a network of multiple Lexus warehouses across the country which enables us to fill Special Order Parts Or Accessories and ship these orders within 3-5 days. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.

Q: Are all OEM parts for sale on your website in stock?

A: Our online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide only and does not necessarily reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Parts displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices subject to change. Please make sure to contact us for availability if you need your parts expedited.

Q: What happens if you send me the wrong part?

A: A return label is issued and we issue a refund once part arrives.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong part?

A: Buyer is responsible for returning the part.

Q: How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

A: Depends on freight selected and if part goes on backorder.

Q: What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

A: Customer needs to ship part and we credit it back to PayPal and new order needs to be placed for correct part unless they are the same amount.

Q: What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

A: We will email you a return tag to return the damaged part and UPS will pick up the damaged part. We will then ship a replacement.

Q: How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

A: To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy. We also offer a parts lookup on our website free of charge. Q: What is a VIN?

A: Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering.

Q: Where can I find my VIN?

A: The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?

A: Yes.All parts are warranted for 1 year unlimited mileage from manufacturer defect. Please see the Lexus Warranty on the Lexus site. You can also see our own Lexus Warranty.

Q: How do I know if I need a left or right side part?

A: Sitting inside the car, drivers side is left and passenger side is right.

Q: Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?

A: We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well. Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

A: Yes, but there’s a charge for express shipping.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: Only UPS.

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Once order is complete, the tracking number will be attached to the order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Only PayPal.

Q: How do you protect my credit card information?

A: Payments are through PayPal which is one of the most secured methods of payments.

Q: What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

A: If order has not yet shipped, you can contact us and we will cancel the order and payment.
